Following state and federal recommended guidelines, we would like to share what STOPware is doing to ensure the safety and well-being for our employees, customers and partners related to COVID-19 (the coronavirus).
STOPware has instituted a travel ban effective March 16, 2020 through April 30, 2020. This ban will include not only air travel, but also all local travel for onsite meetings and professional services, such as onsite installation and training support.
We will continue to provide scheduled installation and training support utilizing various remote access tools to prevent project delays and ensure proper tracking of visitors which is even more crucial given the current environment.
All customers directly impacted by the current situation, including Healthcare Facility & Pharmaceutical customers, will be managed and scheduled with the highest priority.
We will closely watch the situation and government recommendations to make adjustments as needed, but we are committed to ensuring our core operations and business remains fully operational and ready to serve you.
