Workflow: All expected visitors are required to be pre-registered in advance of visit. This workflow starts with an employee who pre-registers a pending visitor using the PassagePoint web Pre-registration module. During pre-registration, the visitor information is checked against a third party Government Denied-Party Screening service. In this case the customer used Visual Compliance but we also have a similar integration with MK Data.
All pending visitors go into an approval queue within PassagePoint and any pending visitors who are flagged by Visual Compliance get flagged for escalation. All Visual Compliance results are stored with the pending visitor so they can be reviewed by approver in order to approve or reject the visit. Rejected visitor tab includes a note containing reason for rejection available for security to review if visitor tries to sign in and is blocked.
Summary:
Enhanced Watchlist functionality to add Approval process and human review to ensure the right visitors are blocked and avoid false positive encounters.
Integration of Visual Compliance and MK Data watchlist functionality for pre-screening protection.
Escalation process and security review tools enable easy access and quick detection.
