The client language is defined at the user level by selecting one of the nine Language drop-down options available under:
Home > Configure System > User Administration > User Accounts.

A client restart is needed to apply the configuration change. No server restart is needed.

Add Kiosk Language via Configure system > Policy Manager > Sign-in Kiosk Profiles

Now when you log into the kiosk client, users can select a language.

Bilingual Screen Labels
All Kiosk and Client screen labels and fields can be hidden/enabled via Screen Policy. You can edit all labels via locale files if you want to carry two languages for the visitor info data on the Pre-Reg screen.

Web Client
Currently English is the only language available in the Web Client.

Although, all Web screen labels and fields can be hidden/enabled via CSS file. You can also edit all labels with custom languages via the same locale files.

There is currently no option for language selection for Web Pre-registration. Super admins can change the language by translating the locale files for the web.

The Driver's License scanner fails to add when I hit the "next" button in Station Preferences.

The Driver's License Scanner fails to add ot the station when there is a conflict in the path variable.

The fix is to move the "oracle" path variable to the end.

The pat variable can be found in

control panel=>system=>Advanced Tab=>edit "Environmental variables"=>select "path"=>hit edit

Best practice is to copy the path variable to something like notepad to make the modification.

Here is an example path variable:

Original Path variable

C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;C:\app\Rashid\product\11.2.0\client_1\bin;E:\oracle\ora92\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\jre\1.3.1\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\jre\1.1.8\bin;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Shared;C:\PPGlobal\Client\windows\SDK\cssn;C:\PPGlobal\Client\windows\cssn;C:\Program Files (x86)\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK;C:\Program Files (x86)\PassagePoint_Client v45\idscan drivers\Win4dx;C:\PPEDU\Client\windows\cssnOLD;C:\PPEDU\Client\windows\cssn;C:\Program Files (x86)\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK10;C:\PPGlobal\Client\windows\SDK;C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTSystem\;C:\Program Files\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK

Modified fixed Path variable

%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Shared;C:\PPGlobal\Client\windows\SDK\cssn;C:\PPGlobal\Client\windows\cssn;C:\Program Files (x86)\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK;C:\Program Files (x86)\PassagePoint_Client v45\idscan drivers\Win4dx;C:\PPEDU\Client\windows\cssnOLD;C:\PPEDU\Client\windows\cssn;C:\Program Files (x86)\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK10;C:\PPGlobal\Client\windows\SDK;C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTSystem\;C:\Program Files\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK;C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;C:\app\Rashid\product\11.2.0\client_1\bin;E:\oracle\ora92\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\jre\1.3.1\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\jre\1.1.8\bin

Remove old path variable, copy and paste the Modified path variable into the Path variable and save.
